Do we need to install anything?+

You can use the app in a browser. Supported browsers also let you install it on a computer or add it to a phone’s home screen. An internet connection is required.

Will another company see our jobs?+

Workspaces are separated on the server. Every request checks company membership and role; workers only see jobs assigned to them.

Does completing a job send an invoice immediately?+

No. The office reviews the paperwork and adds labeled charges first. Only approval creates the invoice and starts delivery.

Do customers need to set up an email service?+

The hosted edition uses one platform-managed email service. Messages use the company name and replies go to the company admin. Demo workspaces save email previews without sending. Subscribed companies use the platform email service.
