Cancellation & Refund Policy

Seven-day trial
Eligible new owners receive one seven-day trial after supplying a card through Stripe. Cancel through Manage subscription before the displayed trial end to avoid the first charge. If you do not cancel, the selected monthly subscription starts automatically. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the trial or subscription.
The short version
Cancel future renewals at any time. Your subscription remains available through the end of the period you already paid for. Subscription payments are nonrefundable for ordinary cancellations, including unused days, unused accounts, or a change of mind, except where law requires otherwise.
How to cancel
Sign in as your company administrator. Open Settings → Manage subscription, or use Manage billing on the payment screen. In Stripe’s billing portal choose to cancel, finish the confirmation, and check the displayed end date. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid another monthly charge. Uninstalling the app, closing the browser, or no longer using it does not cancel billing.
If you cannot access billing
Email maintainHQ@outlook.com from your account email with your company name and a request to cancel. Do not send passwords or full card details. We will verify the account and confirm cancellation. If our portal is unavailable and you request cancellation before renewal, we will honor that timing and correct a subsequent erroneous renewal charge.
Refund exceptions and billing errors
This policy does not override refunds or cancellation rights required by applicable law. Contact support about duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or amounts charged in error so we can investigate and correct confirmed errors. A request is reviewed on its facts; contacting support does not waive your rights through your bank or payment provider. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method when supported; bank processing times vary.
Access and data after cancellation
Cancellation normally ends paid access at the end of the current billing period. Export company records and download original attachments before that date. Cancellation does not automatically delete your records. For deletion requests, contact support; see the Privacy Notice. This policy covers maintainHQ subscription fees, not invoices your business sends to its own customers.
