Your agreement
These terms cover maintainHQ, a business work-order and scheduling service. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your company to purchase a subscription. Contact maintainHQ at maintainHQ@outlook.com or 734-560-6208 with service or billing questions.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Starter costs $29 USD per month for up to 5 members; Team costs $59 USD per month for up to 15 members; Business costs $150 USD per month with unlimited employees. Owners and office staff count toward member limits. Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew monthly at the selected price until canceled. Any applicable taxes charged at checkout are shown before payment. Eligible new owners can start one 7-day free trial after providing a card through Stripe. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected monthly plan is charged automatically. Existing subscriptions do not receive another trial.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel before your next renewal through Settings → Manage subscription, or Manage billing on the payment screen. Select cancellation in the Stripe billing portal and complete its confirmation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, with access continuing until then. If the portal does not work, email maintainHQ@outlook.com from your account email to request cancellation. Ordinary cancellations, unused time, and unused accounts do not receive refunds or prorated credits. Refunds required by law and confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges are exceptions. Service limits and responsibilities
Each company receives 500 MB of file storage, a 10 MB limit per file, and up to 1,000 map-provider requests per UTC day. Unlimited employees does not mean unlimited storage or third-party usage. Internet access is required. Protect your login and grant access only to authorized people. You are responsible for your uploaded content, necessary permissions, customer and employee notices, job instructions, invoice accuracy, taxes, and lawful use of the service. Do not upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another company’s data.
Your records and our software
You retain ownership of your uploaded records and grant us permission to store, process, and transmit them to provide the service. Company administrators control workplace access. maintainHQ retains rights in its software and branding. Export records and download important attachments before your paid access ends; cancellation is not a deletion request. Contact support to request deletion.
Availability and limitations
Review imported text, route estimates, prices, invoices, and reminder recipients before relying on them. Email delivery, OCR accuracy, uninterrupted access, and permanent data preservation are not guaranteed. Keep independent copies of important records. Urgent work alerts are not a life-safety emergency service. Accounting exports require review and are not tax or accounting advice. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Nothing here excludes a nonwaivable statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and suspension
We may suspend access for nonpayment, abuse, or security risks. Material subscription-price changes will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal, with an opportunity to cancel. Revised terms will carry a new version date; changes requiring consent will be presented for acceptance. These terms do not retroactively remove rights relating to an earlier purchase.
